Find and seek fun. When young ones are learning about letters and numbers something that is often highlighted is that print and number is all around us.
This book represents that early learning so well and it’s a fab search and find book with young ones encouraged to find different numbers but also quantities of different objects.
The book would be a great addition to a library as it’s one that will grow with the child. From the super detailed double page spreads, each with a different theme to challenges for readers to complete on how many things they can count and find. The book not only encourages readers to apply their number and observational skills but it’s also a great one for exploring different vocabulary too. The book is a great one for both my girls, 3 and 5, as they can each apply the different skills they have and they have loved sharing the book together, trying to spot different things.
The illustrations are brilliant and though pages for some readers may be a little busy the varied themes certainly make for an interesting discussion.
