This friendly and appealing board book explores a range of emotions. The sweet animal illustrations and lift the flaps complete with bite size chunks of text make this an engaging read whilst covering a beneficial topic.
Your little ones may well be due to start school soon and I would recommend this read.
As well as exploring a range of emotions it highlights how you can be a kind friend by cheering a friend up, should they be feeling down and importantly shares suggestions on how to personally deal with unhappy emotions. Things like completing yoga, discussing your emotions with someone you trust as well as completing an enjoyable activity are tips given.
This is a great book that would be a fantastic addition to many a bookshelf.
