Bookish and more: Ingela P Arrhenius books and gifts.

Welcome to my latest bookish and more post which is a celebration of an illustrator that we absolutely love in our home, Ingela P Arrhenius. We always find Ingela’s work to be cheery and so appealing and this piece includes some wonderful books and gifts that feature Ingela’s talented work.

Books illustrated by Ingela P Arrehenius.

A Marvelous Museum.

A marvellous museum book review on mammafilz.com

This small but chunky board book will immerse readers into the world of museums and though Baby is yet to visit one we can pretend like we’ve been to one with this read.

The book is unique and sits sweetly on your shelf with its overlapping shaped pages. We absolutely love the illustrations throughout, swipe across to see.

The book is a brief introduction to what you may find at museums including interesting art work, unique artefacts and dinosaurs.

An adorable book for little ones touching on history and the joy museums can bring.

Where’s Mr Lion? (Felt Flaps)

Ingela Arrhenius is the illustrator of felt flaps books published by Nosy Crow which are great fun.  Find the different animals in the book, hidden behind flaps. Bright, large, soft, felt flaps which are soft to touch and add a lovely interactive element to the book. These board books make wonderful gifts (I’ve had many very happy recipients) and will be sure to make young ones very cheery.

Alphabet Street

This fantastic book has previously been shared on the blog and you can find the post here. This is a brilliantly presented read that goes far beyond an alphabet book. The book is interactive, could be a colourful frieze and can be used in play. Super!

Toys and games featuring Ingela Arrhenius art work.

We bought a few things whilst visiting Sweden and sadly some aren’t available now but I have found some fun wooden toys which would make wonderful gifts. All available to buy from Amazon UK.

An adorable wooden pull along toy oozing style and such a unique character. Stackable acrobats. A brilliant first wooden chess set complete with loveable characters. Also, a wooden rattle, doesn’t he look a little cheeky!?
