The lyrical text follows the thoughts and ideas between a parent and child as they go on search for a star.

Look up at the stars, so high above me.
If I could just hold one, how happy I’d be.

The book is a celebration of adventure with the parent trying so hard to capture a star. They go through the woods, sail across seas and walk through snowy scenes so that they can climb Mount Digger Doo with the aim of the youngster getting to hold a star.
