This appealing, fun and interactive hardback book is sure to keep little ones engaged and provide quality reading time promoting discussions around a range of animals. Each double page is dedicated to a specific habitat and some animals that live within in. An army of ants, a pack of wolves and a troop of monkeys are some of the animals included.

The initial double pages are transformed by large lift the flaps and open up to reveal amazing details such as a flock of birds in the sky.

Alongside all the appealing illustrations to observe, children are challenged to find different things under each flap. Facts are also shared amongst the illustrations, written in bite size chunks. Also included at the end of the book is an animal factfile which uses real photo images on each animal in contrast to those illustrated earlier in the book.

Peek and Seek enables children to learn facts about various animals but children also have the opportunity to practice other skills such as counting and observational skills. This is a fun, informative read for children, positively introducing young readers to non-fiction text.
